Snowy start to 2026 season

With 20cm before it started, opening weekend hopefully points to another great year. A new sculpture and viewing platform was opened near Cloud 9 and Icicles hosted the FCAA Mountain Muster.

There are still plenty of dates available to stay in September, and we have a trial Spring Snow Guarantee starting from AAC Week (6-12 September 2026) until the end of the season, so book now.

Reminders

To help all members and guests enjoy the Lodge, please remember:

  • Members are responsible for guests’ behaviour whilst they are staying at the Lodge and children must be effectively supervised.
  • Check the freezer for any items when leaving, as they are cleaned out at the end of each week.
  • Turn off heaters when going out to reduce waste and energy costs, instructions in all rooms to help.
  • Ski cages are strictly for storage of two pairs of skis and / or two snow boards per bag only as the bags get too heavy. Strictly no clothing, no helmets, no boots – request a locker to store these items.
  • Shower before using the spa or sauna and follow instructions for use, or ask the Manager.
  • No vaping or smoking in the Lodge, on the balcony, or Fire Escape.
  • We have 3 bins, be vigilant and check the info posters:
    • green – food waste,
    • purple – glass recycling,
    • yellow – mixed recycling,
    • plus there are landfill general waste bin drawers at the end of the ktichen island.

Lockers

A locker audit and new numbering was completed at the Working Bee with locks added where needed. Please get in touch if the note on your locker is incorrect.

We have a new process for managing lockers and our Locker Policy has been updated to include a procedure for unfinancial members with lockers.

There are empty lockers now ready to be allocated – apply here. This website form is now the only way to apply.

If you haven’t paid, but you have a locker get in touch ASAP as these lockers will be cleaned out in September and re-allocated.
