AAC Falls Creek is part of Australian Alpine Club

AAC Falls Creek provides a comfortable lodge with all the facilities that you expect for a relaxed holiday in the snow. Our full time manager during the ski season keeps the lodge running smoothly.

All 12 double/twin bedrooms and 3 larger rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

There is plenty of room to relax in the large lounge area with mezzanine and balcony, or in the games room & tv room. The sauna and spa provide relief for tired muscles or just a fun way to spend some time away from the slopes.

The large ski room and boot room provide ample space for your gear.

Meal times are easy in the huge commercial kitchen and there are other facilities to make life simple like internet access, laundry and storage lockers.

The lodge underwent a major renovation over the summer of 2011/2012. This brought the building up-to-date with the latest building codes and bushfire regulations and increased the thermal efficiency with double-glazing and increased insulation. The busiest area, the lounge/dining room, was extended, recarpeted and re-upholstered with leather.

The club now has a 50 year lease for the lodge.

Falls Creek

Falls Creek is Victoria’s top all-season alpine resort. A compact village with snow covered roads in winter, it offers fantastic lifted skiing and boarding as well as extensive cross country trails and a gateway to touring  on the Bogong High Plains.

When the mountains are carpeted with wild flowers instead of snow, Falls Creek offers new means of alpine sports, adventure, relaxation and fun. It’s typically 10°C cooler at Falls Creek than the valleys and plains below, and much greener.

The AAC Falls Creek lodge is located next to the village bowl, close to lifts, bars and a winter shuttle stop.
